Hi, I am Jess. I completed my Personal Training Certification and Nutritionist Certification at the beginning of the year 2024.

I have always had such an inspiration in fitness, but I struggled so much. I was the definition of a yo-yo dieter, I often fell off track and would struggle to find the motivation to pick myself back up. I made excuse after excuse such as my head hurts, I am exhausted, I don’t have the time, I don’t feel confident, there are too many people at the gym, I don’t have time to prep and cook meals for my family, and I didn’t eat well today either so I will start tomorrow.
